Before we can accept your cat, they must be vaccinated against feline flu and enteritis. Your up to date vaccination card must be kept by us during your cats stay. All cats must arrive and be collected in a suitable carrier and all male cats over 7 months must be neutered.

Under no circumstances can we accept cats without an up to date vaccination card. Please check yours is valid for the time your cat will be with us.

We have 14 double pens and a family pen for up to 4 cats.

Unfortunately due to significant increases to all our cattery expenses, we have to increase prices from Jan 2024:

£14.00 per day for a single cat in a double pen.

£19.00 per day for 2 cats sharing in a double pen.

£23.50 per day for 3 cats sharing in the family pen.

£28 per day for 4 cats sharing in the family pen.

There is a minimum charge of £60 per booking.

Prices include beds and bedding although you are welcome bring your cat's bedding own if you prefer. Meals are provided twice a day. Meals can be given more often if required, we try and match the feeding habits that your cats are used to at home (with the exception of mice and birds!). Heated accommodation when needed and plenty of fuss, grooming and attention. We have a comprehensive menu but we ask owners to provide prescription diets, medications or any “unusual” cat food you require us to feed.

The only additional charges are for if it is necessary to take your cat to the vets (after consulting with you or your approved contact first). It is £25 for Evesham and Pershore and £35 for Broadway, Tewkesbury etc. This is in addition to any vet charges for consultation, medication etc.

We keep the major brands of cat food in stock, Whiskas, Felix, Gourmet, Sheba, Go-cat, Purina, Iams etc, pouches and dry food. Should you wish us to feed a premium/specialty brand or medicated food, we ask you to provide their food for their time with us. We do not offer a discount for providing your own food.

The price includes 'Fishy Friday' where we offer cooked white fish at tea time to all our guests. Please let us know on the admission form if you would like to opt-out of this.

If you have a preference as to which pen you would like your cat to stay in, please let us know at the time of booking. Whilst we will do our best to honor your chosen pen, we cannot guarantee that circumstances might force us to move them to a different pen. We will never move your cat to a different pen part way through their stay.

Our cancellation policy: During peak times we ask that you pay a cancellation fee for the booking should you make a late cancellation;
Between 3 and 4 weeks prior to the start of the booking - 25% of the quoted booking price.
between 2 and 3 weeks prior to the start of the booking - 50% of the quoted booking price.
up to 2 weeks prior to the start of the booking - 100% of the quoted booking price.
If we manage to fill the space that was cancelled with another booking, we will refund you the portion of the booking that was filled.
Peak times are from May 1st through to October 31st and any booking that boards over the period of December 24th to Jan 2nd. During busy times, we fill up months in advance and have to turn many customers away, it is difficult to replace a cancelled booking with short notice so late cancellations have a significant impact on our business.
We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance that covers you for a cattery cancellation prior to booking with us.
