Our opening times for arrivals and collections are:

Monday - Saturday:  09:30 - 11:30 and 15:30 - 17:30

Sundays:  10:00 - 12:00

Bank Holidays:  Closed for drop off , collection and viewings.

Viewings by appointment only, please get in touch to arrange.

Christmas 2023: We will be closed from 23rd of December and reopen on the 28th.

We are closed to the public on bank holidays, but we still board cats over these periods.

We aim to keep visits within these times to cause as little stress to the cats staying with us as possible. Whilst we want to minimise the stress on the cats in our care, we understand that it may not be possible to adhere to these times, therefore we may under special circumstances accept visits outside of our opening times by appointment only.
